How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, please contact us so we know to expect it (email or call 01202 427528). Then send the item back in original condition and packaging. When we receive the item, we will refund the full original payment that you made.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, with your choice of currency. You don't need a Paypal account, just a credit or debit card. We use Paypal to provide secure online payment processing. Using Paypal is a very safe way to buy online as your card details are never revealed to the online merchant (e.g. us). Paypal currently provide card processing for a large number of online retailers such as Harrods, Tommy Hilfiger, DHL, eBay etc. If you do have a Paypal account, you can also use your Paypal balance as an additional method of payment.
